The Cross County Tree Lighting Celebration is a magical event and will be held on November 15th at 6:00pm. The shopping center transforms into a dazzling winter wonderland, sparkling with charming lights, creating a perfect backdrop for a festive evening. Families can enjoy various activities, including visits with festive performances, walk-around entertainers, food trucks, ice skating for an additional fee, and a live DJ. The highlight of the night is the lighting of the 40-foot Christmas tree at 7:30pm, which creates an enchanting atmosphere for everyone present. Arrive early to explore all the kid-friendly festivities before the main event. This celebration is a wonderful way to ignite the holiday spirit and foster connections with those in your community.

The Annual New Rochelle Thanksgiving Day Parade is a beloved tradition that ushers in the holiday season. Scheduled for November 23rd at 10:00am, this parade features vibrant floats, lively music, and giant balloons. The parade route winds through the heart of New Rochelle, giving families a chance to see everything up close. With typically very large crowds lining the streets, the energy and excitement are infectious. Kids will be delighted by the colorful floats and the performances from marching bands and dance troupes. Don't forget to bring along warm drinks and snacks to enjoy while you watch! This event not only celebrates the spirit of Thanksgiving but also fosters a sense of community as families come together to cheer on their favorites.
